first thing is to get to an AA meeting, after that there are several different routes to take. Jesus is the key to staying sober no matter what route you choose.

i found that aa 12 steps led to a conscious contact with God, just the same as jesus had. now that I have that conscious contact with God its easy. i don't see why it wouldn't work for you too. peace. :)
