i just got out a rehab for cutting how do i make my scars go away

Sorry for your troubles. Scars are terrible reminders of where we came from. I'm in the medical field and I'll tell you what I know. I hate to say it but honestly what yields the best results is plastic surgery, but the cost is too much for most of us. Other options that will probably give you the best results are Vitamin E. Get it in oil or capsule form and dab the scar with it and keep it on for 4-5 hours. Don't cover it. I know, it's labor intensive. It's at least made some of my scars less noticeable. Most scar removing products out there are worthless, be selective. Best, Bones.
