some things i did were to get involved in the 12 step programs and also to abstain from porn and masturbation. i used the time to do constructive and productive things. it was all about substituting one thing for another. also i forced myself to stop looking at women other then in their eyes for 6 months. also, losing someone due to my infidelity helped me to realize that i needed to be true blue. peace.
